Refund policy

In most cases, all sales are final. We currently have three exceptions:

  • If an item was damaged during transit, we will quickly and happily replace it.
  • If we made a mistake (i.e., we sent you the wrong product, size, etc.), we will quickly and happily correct the order at no cost to you.
  • A non-recurring (one-time) order or first-time recurring (subscription) order may be refunded in full if the request is made before the product has shipped. Subsequent recurring (subscription) orders are handled differently. Due to the discount provided on the first order, 2nd and 3rd subscription orders are refundable before the product has shipped, minus the 10% discount received on the first (or first two) subscription orders. Fourth subscription orders (and beyond) are fully refundable if the request is made before the product has shipped.

A note on international orders
International orders are non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have a valid delivery address usable by DHL, UPS or the customer's national postal service.
