Winter Blend comes from our friends near the Sinharaja Rain Forest who also make Sinharaja Black, Sinharaja Green and Ceylon Smoke.
Brewing instructions
Amount: 2 grams of loose tea per cup of water (a pinch or teaspoon)
Temperature: 212 ̊ (A full, rolling boil)
